BGSD, short for Beijing Gongmei Shanghai Direct, is a China based manufacturing company with offices in Shanghai and Beijing. BGSD has ownership in more than 100 factories, all in China. We employ over 30,000 people in China. BGSD is currently manufacturing over 3,500 different products that are shipped all over the world.

In 1995, BGSD established the Direct Supply Sales Model. It allowed companies to get products at manufactory direct price without the middleman cost while maintaining high product quality. BGSD became the first direct supply company out of China to supply product directly to US department stores.

In 2005, BGSD established Direct Ship Sales Model. This enabled companies to ship products directly from BGSD manufactories to the customers' homes. This allowed companies to realize zero inventory while enabling them to experiment with new styles, offer extended size groups, and offer different price point products not offered on the sales floor, all with the flexibility to cancel or alter the product package midseason.

We primarily do FOB China business. This gives our customers the best possible quality and the best possible cost.

For BGSD, all customers are considered as long term partners, not short term buyers. Why? When BGSD and the customer decide to do business, a team of people is in place to devote all needed time and efforts to that customer. Also usually all factories that will be used by the customer have to be inspected for all compliance. And finally if any required computer systems are needed to match up with the customer, they are added or adapted immediately. There are a great many different things to be put into place and maintained to create a business. This is why it must be long term. Furthermore, as BGSD gets to better know the customer and vice versus, it becomes a partnership in working to the goal in place...putting the required product on your selling floor to get you the best results!
